That's okay! AITracker works with entire directories, so you need to specify a directory or directory tree. Simply press "Open," and the videos from the directory and all subdirectories will be loaded.
You must reopen the measurement location in the program to download the results. The system verifies the location/directory identity based on
lead to the directory,
observance and data of the Order.json file
The location must first be opened in the program and only then AITracker will verify it and allow you to download the results.

At AISP, we require long passwords, at least 12 letters long, such as "Michalina." We even suggest strong, multi-word passwords like "Vision measurements for everyone." Unfortunately, the password recovery process is beyond our control, but rather that of our cloud service provider. This important information about password length is not included!
Video recorders use various file naming conventions. Most commonly, the filename includes the start time/date of the recording. Some devices also include the end time.
AITracker processes directories based on the time accuracy within the filenames. It automatically sorts and processes the directory from the earliest to the latest video.
AITracker automatically recognizes the following naming formats:
12.05.00-12.10.00[R][0@0][0]
12.00.00.avi or 12.00.00-13.00.00.avi

If your specific format is not recognized, please send a message to kontakt@aisp.pl.
Check if your date format is supported by AITracker. The time and date for processing and each individual tracker is taken from the filename. If your format is not recognized, please send a message to kontakt@aisp.pl.
Classes not included in the classification will not be included in generated spreadsheets, reports, or charts. Classifications can also be changed after calculation, generating multiple results across multiple classifications.
Sometimes clients require video anonymization. We encourage you to use our service first. Anonymization, however, another possible anonymization option is to reduce the video quality. This can be done manually on the client side using external video encoding software. Each video is encoded with a "selected video codec," and these codecs often have a "parameter" for reducing the quality/bitrate.
Example.
Using FFMPEG (https://ffmpeg.org/download.html) you can try transcoding the recordings to H265 and selecting a lower quality recording. In lower quality, the vehicles will still be visible, but the license plates will become blurry and illegible. Below is an example 'ffmpeg' command.`
ffmpeg -i "wejscie.mp4" -c:v libx265 -an -crf 42 wyjscie.mp4
The license plate is legible.
Lower compression quality made reading more difficult.
Please note that different codecs may have their own licenses, and these are often paid. Use codecs according to their intended use and license. A sample license description for H265 can be found at the link below. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Efficiency_Video_Coding#Patent_license_terms
Another method of anonymization could be to blur the lower portion of the image (closer to the camera) or to slightly blur the entire frame. This can be achieved using available video editing tools.
Blur the bottom half of the image
Full frame blur
For each directory with recordings we create a configuration file config.json and subdirectories with the results of each configuration Configuration0, ....
Example: Videos are located in the Video1 directory. The measurement configuration is located in Video1/config.json. We only have one configuration. The counting results for the first (zeroth) configuration are located in Video1/Configuration0.
The entire process of improving results can be broken down into 3 steps:
Improved measurement point configuration -more about design.
Reclassification of all trackers -more about reclassification.
Generating reports again - more about reporting.
This is a zoom with cropping. We crop before measuring the film, and then send the configured measurement to the cloud. The cloud will then calculate the cropped image, allowing for better detection of smaller objects.
If we want to count two configurations from a single video (e.g., one full frame and another zoomed in from a distance), we can add two configurations for counting a given catalog (configurations are located at the bottom of the design tab). Then, the catalog is counted twice in the cloud for each configuration separately. The cost of counting is doubled, but we save on cloud uploading (only once).
Now you can import a measurement schedule from the GPR VERA database directly into AITracker and then select a point in the program. Point data will immediately appear in the configuration, on the screen next to the relationship names, and in the XML document.
We've finally fixed some incorrect fields in the XML, such as kat_dr instead of karta_drożi, etc., as well as the XML generation format and row count.
Export the measurement schedule in VERA as .csv.
Load the .CSV file generated from the VERA database into AITracker.
From now on, you can click "Select Point" during configuration to load point data for the order. The data will also appear in the XML file.
The directions read from the point are also displayed in the video preview in the program for the defined L and R relations.
AITracker generates ready-made spreadsheets and detailed reports compliant with the GPR2025 classification. Furthermore, for GPR2025 purposes, we generate XML files with exactly the same data, which you can then upload to the GDDKiA system.
Whether you need data for intersections, cross-sections or speeds, our solution provides all the necessary information in a clear format.
Select the pl.gpr, pl.gprextended or pl.gpr2020 classification
In the Results tab, press the "Report Sheets" button
Please send the application log file to kontakt@aisp.pl. You can open the log file in AITracker by going to Help Menu->Log.
